Hi Tom,

After a longer simulation, I realised that sediments deposite at the extreme end of the river bed. It makes an obstruction at this point. It's like sediments don't go out of the DEM file.

After trying to find an explanation, I realised that the water discharge has to exit on the right side of the DEM. Is it true?

What if the exit point of the river is on the top part of the DEM?

Hi Raphael,
Yes - your are right sediment is only allowed to leave the RH edge. The easiest way is to simply rotate your DEM... you also need to ensure there are no nodata (-9999) cells in between the RH edge of your DEM and where the edge of the catchment is,
